Hi, I’m Chul-Young Kim, Director of Traditional Worship here at Evergreen!

 

I’m a proud graduate of Yonsei University, the first Christian university in S. Korea, founded by American missionaries. I went on to earn master's and doctoral degrees from the Manhattan School of Music and the University of Minnesota.

 

Outside the church, I lead the Music Department at Andrew College and support faculty development, after serving as Acting Chair of Vocal Studies at the University of South Florida and St. Leo University.

 

I love working with our choir and handbell choir to create meaningful and inspiring worship experiences every week. When I’m not immersed in music, you’ll likely find me spending time with my two dogs or cheering on the Braves and ATL UTD FC.
